Our talent acquisition management services are delivered through a tiered system and are fully customizable to suit individual needs. Each tier provides a flexible scope, duration, and intent based on the method used to successfully deliver results based on our client's specifications.

Tier 1.- Local database search, and marketing strategy.

  • A member of our team searches our database of qualified candidates to locate a match based on criteria in the client's job announcement. 
  • A marketing strategy is created to attract talent who possess the qualifications spelled out in the client's job announcement.
  • Phone interviews for up to 20 qualified candidates.

Cost: ($500-$1,500 -Negotiable)

Tier 2.- Local database search, marketing strategy, and pre-screening interview.

  • Includes everything in Tier 1.
  • Face to face pre-screening interviews for the top 5 qualified candidates.

Cost: ($800-$2,000 -Negotiable)

Tier 3.- Local database search, marketing strategy, pre-screening interview, and pre-employment background.

  • Includes everything in Tier 2.
  • Pre-employment background screenings for any qualified candidate.

Cost: ($1,000-$3,000 -Negotiable)

Tier 4.- Headhunter service. 

  • Includes everything in Tier 3.
  • Personal headhunting services that go beyond local marketing strategies which may include out-of-state travel.

Cost: ($2,000-$10,000 -Negotiable)

Tier 5.- Complete HR services, and employee onboarding.

  • We will assume all of our client's human resource responsibilities.
